Enter a bright, open living area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen television with cable and WiFi. The picture window frames the beautiful harbor view! Enjoy amazing sunsets and the ever-changing harbor view right from the living room. The recently renovated kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric stove/oven and refrigerator.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. The bathroom has a shower stall and a convenient in-unit stacked washer/dryer.

There is one window air conditioner unit in the bedroom with the two twin beds.

The fenced in front yard is perfect for lounging and enjoying life in Wellfleet. There is a charcoal grill for a summer barbecues and an enclosed outdoor shower in the back. Steps away--just across Kendrick Ave--is the beach on Wellfleet Harbor. Swim, lounge, kayak, stroll and do some beachcombing along this lovely stretch of sand.

Walk to some of Wellfleet's best restaurants, public tennis courts, playground and the town pier all within a half mile. Just about a mile to Wellfleet's Main Street for more restaurants, galleries and shops. Short drive to Wellfleet's ocean beaches and beloved ponds, golf, live entertainment and more.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

This cottage was very well cared for. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The furnishing is all very nice and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location!! Walk to restaurants and bay beach right the across street.

Great location and cozy cottage

Location is amazing! Cottage is tiny but good for a couple or small family. Everything worked well inside the cottage. The owner did leave their belongings in the tiny home. We had no closet and had to move their things out of the one dresser to put our clothes away. Also, the master bed was very uncomfortable and very bright due to the (many) neighbors’ lights. This room could use some enhancements.

Family Visit

Perfect cottage and location to celebrate Christmas (and able to be outside a lot and socially distance) with our daughter’s family who are staying in Wellfleet a few miles away (from cottage) for two months. Weather mostly! cooperated and we enjoyed quality time on their large deck, the local beaches, playground, lots of walks downtown (and on Tim’s Island), Provincetown, Eastham, state seashore etc. The cottage has beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the front yard and picture window. Cottage was charming, warm, comfy, efficient kitchen set-up, quality bedding and furnishings, and everything else you need for an enjoyable stay. We loved it!

Awesome location

This cozy cottage on Wellfleet bay was perfect for our family. Restaurants, walking trails, beach, and a neighborhood park all within walking distance. The space is modest but it was all we needed. The sheets and towels process was a little cumbersome but outside of that Kinlin Grover was very communicative and quickly resolved any issue we had. The perks of staying at one of their properties certainly outweighed making our own beds!

One Great Cape Cod Cottage

This cottage oozes Cape Cod charm. More to the point, it's comfortable, within walking distance of great restaurants, cycling distance of the CCRT, down the street from a park with skateboarding, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, and a playground, and across the street from a beautiful beach. Even though the weather was gloomy and cold most of our stay, we had a great time.

Great cottage in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. The beach was right across the street and we could easily walk to Wellfleet harbor. The water was calm, which was great for our small children. The beach did have quite a bit of seashells, so water shoes are a good item to bring. The cottage itself was clean and well appointed with kitchen items and the beds were comfortable. We were able to just squeeze a pack and play into the queen bedroom. It was tight, but doable. The outside shower was a nice plus and there were beach chairs provided.

Excellent Cape vacation!

My wife and two young kids (2 and 5) had a great stay at this location. It was cozy and had everything you would need. It is steps to the beach so it was very convenient for moving all of our stuff back and forth. We had a small issue with the washing machine on our first day but it was fixed in a timely manner so not a problem. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

The pictures don’t do justice to this lovely cottage- it was better than expected! It was spotless and better equipped than we had expected. Location is amazing, really nice to sit at the beach across the street in the evening. Really great base for exploring. The rental agency was really helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

What a dream, to walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed beautiful bike rides to watch the sunset over the bay in the west. Walking distance to several great restaurants. The cottage itself was cozy and cute. It is small, but relatively well stocked for the size. Our family of four had a wonderful visit to the Cape and will be back.

Very cute, small cottage overlooking bay. We’d rate this a five except the shower head didn’t function like a shower head should as it pointed at the wall a foot and a half higher than our heads. (Note to owners- this could be easily and affordably replaced and would make the stay that much better as it was the shower was impossible to use normally). Also the faucet of the shower was VERY hard to turn. Everything else was as described/shown in the listing and we enjoyed our stay. We marked down cleanliness a star because some dishes and cutlery weren’t properly cleaned, we assume by previous guests... But overall a really lovely cozy space!!!
