The cozy living room has a comfortable sectional and a flat screen TV with cable and a window unit air conditioner. The cozy living room has a comfortable sectional, a flat screen TV with Sling TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts) and a window unit air conditioner. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen has a stainless refrigerator and electric range and a counter table with seating for four.

There are two bedrooms--one with a full (double) bed and the other with two twins. The cottage has one full bathroom with shower only.

A washer and dryer is located in the basement which is accessible via a bulkhead.

The cottage is steps away from the association's 400-foot private beach. Walk to Mayo Beach, wonderful harbor restaurants and the town pier. Enjoy summer concerts and other entertainment at Baker's Field across from Mayo Beach.

Close to excellent shops, galleries and restaurants along Wellfleet's Main Street. Wellfleet's ocean beaches and fresh water ponds are a short drive away, as are the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike/walking path, Cape Cod National Seashore sites, beaches and trails and live entertainment. Drive a bit further into Truro and Provincetown for even more summer fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
