Charming 2-bedroom house in Seattle near parks and trails
This fully furnished property is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Matthews Beach in Seattle, so it is quick and easy to be in nature. It is a new build with high end finishes thoughtfully designed to be able to work and relax. The flow through the house is lovely - a bench to take off your shoes as you come in, a powder room on the main floor, and an open concept living room/working nook/kitchen that is all well lit and fully outfitted. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a full bathroom with heated floors and a luxurious shower, and laundry. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a cozy couch and looks out at trees overlooking the Burke Gilman Trail as well as the other house on the property. The second bedroom is furnished as a guest room and is intended as another work space as needed. There are two parking spots adjacent to the house for tenants' use. Come and relax in our house!
