Thank you so much! I am especially happy when my guests keep me informed of things in the condo whether they are from external influences or not!
We were pleased with our St Augustine stay. Everything we needed was within a walk or a few mile drive. Oasis was a good lunch or dinner option. . Kekes was great for breakfast. We also did a lot of cooking. Kitchen was well stocked. Ice maker was fantastic. All the beds were very comfortable. We loved the beach supplies. Owners were easy to contact. Pool was across from our unit. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Beach was an easy walk and right next to St. John’s pier. We will be back again!
Wonderful location and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing few days in St Augustine. The property host was delightful and provided helpful information on local dining. Short walk to the beach and multiple dining options. Can't wait to go back.

Thank you so much! Look forward to your return! We love return customers!
Another couple and my husband stayed at Ms Mary's place for a long weekend. The location of the condo was perfect. Close to everything, walkable to several restaurants and bars. The design and decor is perfect for a beach community. The beds and couches were comfortable, we slept well. Family friendly, full size kitchen, close to pool and beach. Perfect beach get-a-way!
The location was perfect! The owners thought of everything as the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The neighbors all appeared to be very friendly. The ONLY negative was the neighbor downstairs is a smoker, and the smoke smell would find its way into our condo. The condo could use some updating, but is a beautiful place and well decorated. The queen mattress was super comfy!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

So glad you enjoyed our place. We did ask that if anything did not meet your expectations, to contact us immediately. We work hard at the smoke not infiltrating the condo and we have some remediations. I would love to know what updates you refer to. We are constantly making updates as income allows. Kitchen faucet was recently replaced and bathroom faucets are next. Most of our appliances have been replaced (sometimes twice). Flooring was replaced a few years ago but may need some repair . We treat our condo like our own home as it will always be our happy place!
We had a great time staying here! We could tell the owners had thought of the little extra things renters sometimes need, and we appreciated everything that was included with our stay—especially the beach shovels and buckets and toys for the kids.

So glad you enjoyed our Piece of Paradise! Happy to be able to enjoy it with you. Please come and visit with us again!
Very good location, close to everything, beach and food! The condo was nicely decorated and made me feel at home. But there were several things broken that need to be fixed. Thank you Mary for being very responsive.

Thank you Shaula, for your 5 star rating! Keeping up with a vacation rental with full occupancy in these summer months is no daunting task. This is why we ask guests to let us know if something is not up to their expectations. What they don’t know is our hard work behind the scenes. We put in a Speed Queen commercial washer 2 weeks ago! Our microwave gets LOTS of use and we are trying to keep it running until our next appliance replacement! We may have 2 cracked floor tiles but they are not getting worse and we have replacements ready. Somethings like a finicky freezer door just requires the ice maker to be pushed in. (Who’d know?). This time we were alerted to a bothersome spring in one of the mattresses. Unless we lay on our beds (not too often) we are not aware of these things. We will check this out on the next clean. Thank goodness for Amazon. Also the things you don’t know about is the continuous replacement of linens, broken items ( like our new turtle S&P?) and things that just don’t get clean! I also switch out items when I find something nice ( new lamps, pillows, throws, etc…) Vacation rentals are a living, breathing things that need constant care. Thank you for your help!
We had a wonderful stay here. The place was exactly as it appears in the pictures. Nice and clean and very well stocked - the owners have thought of everything! Communication with them was great also. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. We look forward to our next visit here!
This is right on the beach and next to Anastasia Park. Thank you

Glad you enjoyed our place! Would love to have you back!
This property is a second floor 2 bed, 2 bath condo equipped with everything you need: dishes, cookware, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cart to carry it all! There’s also a nice swimming pool next door. It was everything we wanted. We’ll definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our visit to this cozy place, and it felt very welcoming. We walked to the beach and found some beautiful shells—many restaurants nearby and a few minutes to St. Augustine.
The host was very kind and made sure we had what we needed for our stay.
Convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Accommodations were clean and the Keurig was stocked. Community pool is right next door so you can go to the beach and then a swim in the pool conveniently. I would stay there again.
