Island style guest house.
Located in a quiet St Augustine neighborhood close to downtown and the beach. This cottage features a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and a kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, & toaster. The cottage is well insulated and has 3 windows on different walls for plenty of light. It also has AC and heat. The shower house with a sink, toilet, and shower is separate but just 8' away with a connecting concrete deck. It has a heater. A great place to call homebase while you're exploring historic downtown, going to the beach, or going to a show at the St Augustine Amphitheatre. This guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please refrain from outside noise after 9 that would disturb neighbors or residents in the main house. It's meant to be a good homebase, but not a party house.
