The Dylan is a stylish place close to must-see destinations. Walk 2 blocks to downtown, Flagler College and all the sites to see.



We offer a charming bed/bath in a boutique hotel. We have 6 individual suites. All come with the most comfortable beds, linens & pillows. Complementary are Netflix, a coffee/ tea bar, all shampoo, conditioner and wash. We offer a stocked minibar with water, soda & vitamin water, red & white wine, beer, hard seltzers and snacks for a fee.



Plush King bed with 50” tv with complementary Netflix. Glass rain shower with shampoo, conditioner and wash. Stocked Coffee/tea and Eat in bar with minibar with snacks and beverages available for purchase.

The host was attentive; however the entry key pad was not responsive at first and wasn't sure what to do; the sliding bathroom door was not secure and left very little privacy; the shelf above the sink was loose and could not hold anything; the air purifier outlet was very loose; the microwave was not standard and took some time to figure out. However, the location was good, off street parking good and charger pads good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dylan. We were in town to view the nights of lights in Saint Augustine. The location is very close to downtown so it was easy to walk. The bed was very comfy in the room and we slept great. Everything is really clean. It was really a perfect day

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communications were easy and the room was exactly what we needed. We parked the car and didn't move it until our departure. We walked everywhere and Ubered a couple of times for some more distant locations. Room was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

What was supposed to be a spacious Room turned in a box. Water was cold, the door would not lock. Due to the lack of attention of the owner the mattress was too short and the frame protruded, therefore I fell injuring my eye and should. Would never return to this place again. The owner told me to go to the gas station and get ice.
