Great location within easy walking distance to the historic district. Beautifully remodeled and super clean apartment with off street parking in a quiet neighborhood.
Everything was great for our stay. We had everything we needed in kitchen for cooking. Our bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Great location!Only thing is we found a coffee cup filled with a cigar bud. Otherwise, we’ll def be back!!
Spotless and fresh. Walking distance from old town. On second floor but short, very manageable stairway with landing. Well stocked kitchen and appliances. Spacious. Would stay again
Apartment was cozy for two people. Clean, everything was in working order. Bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to attraction areas. The driveway had a large dip in the surface, making entry from the street bumpy. Kitchen table bench was awkward, and could only fit two small people comfortably. I have never seen a cosmetic mirror with the huge magnification level of this one.
The unit was absolutely adorable! Perfect location with easy walking access to all key St. Augustine sites.Owner communication was extremely accommodating including excellent recommendations for site seeing and restaurants. Absolutely perfect!
We had a nice stay at this clean guest house, perfect for 2, entry was easy access, Bed was comfortable and they provided 4 pillows! kitchen has all the appliances , did provide basics, such as paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher taps, Bathroom also had plenty of tp and towels for a few days, if staying longer, request a few more bath towels . It has great off street parking, which is a plus for this area, there is a lot to do in the area , must see is the fort and the fountain of youth , there’s a whole lot more , too much to mention, Do the hop on and off at least for 1 day, it’s well worth it. Many things are within walking distance. Will do a shout out to Bogs brewery! Good beer and the onsite food truck was delicious! Short drive from apartment. I should mention that there is a train , I believe it’s mentioned in other reviews ,but you can hardly hear it. Unless you open windows, place is pretty soundproof.
Has everything you need for a carefree stay. It’s a little smaller than the picture appears to present, but it’s fine. Nice craftsmanship throughout the apartment. Only suggestion I would make is to ditch the long table and replace it with a bar type counter across the window with bar stools. I think it would open that area up a bit. Great location and easy walking distance to all the sites in the historic district. Count on 10k to 12 steps to and from.
We had a quick getaway to Saint Augustine and stayed here. Perfect size for a couple to stay in nicely renovated cottage house. No complaints was perfect.

My name is Linda Bayles. I have been a Realtor in the Jacksonville/St Augustine area ranking in the Top 1% of Agents since 1998. In 2005 I walked into a 1926 beach cottage direct oceanfront on St Augustine Beach and knew I had found my calling. I wanted to 'Create' a vacation space for Families. Large extended families. A place were Cousins, Grandmothers, Uncles and Aunts can comfortably come together to reconnect and enjoy each other away from the demands of the outside world. I come from a large family of 5 children as does my husband, Brad. Some of my fondest memories are when we all got together to just 'hang out' for 3 or 4 days. The little ones always come up with a 'play'. The adults always congregate in the Kitchen passing down the 'Family Recipes' to the next generation and playing Games. We are a big Game playing family. Specifically Rummikub. We start them at 5 and My Mother is still going at 95. If you have never played, you must. I make sure there is one in each house. Once you are hooked and have one of your own, I hope you will think of your St Augustine stay every time you play.
So I bought that 1926 Craftsman, gutted it and turned it into The Chautauqua which sleeps 21. It has been a rewarding success. In 2011, my Father expanded the tradition and bought 4 homes on one Oceanfront compound on 9th Street. We could not believe our luck and spent the next year remodeling them into The Seaside Cottages. We started renting them in June of 2012. The Best part is not only the homes but the BEACH. There are only 18 streets on the “Best Beach” - No cars. No Catwalk. The ocean right at your door. Great Restaurants within walking distance. Amazing.
And then I discovered the charm of Downtown St Augustine. At night it is like strolling in an old European City. So in 2016 I decide to moved Downtown and renovated 4 more Downtown Vacation Rentals. Ranging from 1 to 4 Bedrooms all walking distance of St George Street, the Center of Historic Downtown and all the Restaurants, Sights and Music and only 2 blocks from each other. Great for Downtown Weddings with the Bride taking one house and the Groom the other.
