This upscale Lakefront summer cabin 25 mi from Madison, on Lake Ripley has been in our family for generations. The 1950’s midcentury modern décor never goes out of style, but has been updated with new appliances, central AC, remodeled bathrooms, new beds, and fast internet.
From the dock you can fish, swim, or launch one of our many SUP paddle boards, canoe, rowboat, or pontoon boat.
Closest city is Cambridge, a gem with a quintessential American small-town main street, pottery/arts community, good restaurants & coffee-shop & ice cream. Madison is a short drive away. The CamRock trail system is nearby - great for hiking & mountain biking On the lake: Fast boating only allowed between 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (although mostly concentrated on weekends). Other times reserved for those with a slower pace (kayaks, swimmers, fishing).

I've been coming to this cabin for every year of my life, as it has been in the family for three generations now.
Why they chose this property
Step back in time to a more peaceful lifestyle, with sunsets, swimming and indoor/outdoor Wisconsin summers. All the boats are available to use, including a pontoon boat, two rowboats, and a canoe ... along with standup paddle boards. We keep it immaculate, with pesticide-free lawns (so run around with bare feet without any concerns). All guest who are under 18 must know how to swim!
