Access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival to access the unit, however, keys to access the building is provided to you from the lock box outside the door.

Please locate lockbox “1” below the lock box “b” and input the code provided to you to open the keys lock box.

Kindly take the first stairs up to the first floors to access the unit and use the code sent to your phone to access the unit.

1. Quiet Hours – No loud noises after 10:30 PM. Please be considerate of others in the neighborhood.
2. No pet allowed on the property.
3. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping inside the home is prohibited. A $150 deodorizing fee will apply if this rule is violated.
4. Respect the home and neighbors - we ask that you treat the space with care and consideration.
5. Thermostat – Turn off the thermostat when you leave the house.
6. Damages – Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.
7. Clean Up – Please clean up after yourself and dispose of used items.
8. Food – Discard any open or unused food items before check-out.
9. Dishes – Please wash and put away all dishes before leaving.
10. Trash – Place all trash outside in the bins provided for 1st floor.
11. Furniture Care – If any furniture is broken or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged.
12. No Parties – Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
