It was a very nice room, with great views. We had a little miscommunication with check in, not knowing the right gate code. We’ve been staying at ocean walk for years and did not know that it was 55 extra to check in early and 10 extra an hour. I understand waiting till 4 to check in, sometimes it’s just not as convenient when you have small children with you. Overall it was a great place, and we had a great time. Thanks

The stay was terrible from trying to get thru the gate with the wrong code given to a broken lamp, broken blinds, no supplies left for 3 days as originally stated, very little kitchen supplies to use, broken can opener, floor was filthy, blankets smelled, kitchen sink faucet didn’t work and there was a note on the dishwasher out of order- opened it up with an inch of water and horrible smell. Half the party got bed bugs as well. Overall a horrible stay. No parking passes or pool passes provided even though we asked multiple times and were harassed for them every single day. It was a terrible stay and I will never rent from this owner/unit again. The lack of response or care to our issues was truly unacceptable. I expect a refund.
