Welcome to our lovely Victorian home in the heart of Ypsilanti's Historic District. Perfect for families, traveling professionals, relocating individuals, or vacationers, our thoughtfully curated rental offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
The house is centrally located, just 5 minutes to Ford Lake, walking distance to Downtown Ypsi, 5 minutes to Depot Town, 5 minutes to EMU, and only 15 minutes to Ann Arbor & U-M.
The space

* Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all essentials for cooking at home. Full-size French doors, fridge, and stove.
* Cozy living area - perfect for family nights or unwinding after work.
* High-speed WiFi for work, school, or streaming.
* Large fenced-in backyard.
*Historic charm combined with modern updates for a unique stay.
*THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERY * No Parties Allowed * Please familiarize yourself with our house policies and rules.
We offer self-check-in via a lockbox. The key from the lockbox will gain you access to the back door of the house. Simply dial your personalized code to open the lockbox window.
Also, the back door is the primary entrance to be used during your stay. Please keep the front door locked at all times.
Important:
1. This is an old house. When using the bathroom, only human waste and toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. No wipes (even flushable ones) or feminine hygiene products (including pads and tampons) should ever be flushed down the toilet. There will be a cost of $300.00 if we need to have the system repaired during your stay.
2. Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay.
