This house has everything you need! Its rare to find a house with a stocked coffee and tea bar. You really do not need a thing except your personal items! Very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and communication was A. We will 100% choose this house anytime our Family comes to race at Kern Raceway!

The house was beautiful and clean. Fully stocked with all dinnerware and utensils, even for children. There was a crib and high chair if needed. Bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The house looked exactly like the pictures. The host really thought of everything! Our stay was perfect!

I am writing to express my dis satisfaction with my recent stay formally. I booked this home, which listed a capacity for 14 people to celebrate my mother birthday with my parents and 2 siblings. This was a special surprise for her after a difficult few months, following the loss of my grandmother, especially since I live in Bakersfield, and do not get to see her in Sandiego as often. My Family and I visit the property, the following day to spend time with her and use the pool. I then received a message from the host charging me 250 more for extra guests. I explained that we were not staying overnight. But the host claimed the neighbor reported extra people. We feel incredibly uncomfortable. The hose was monitoring us the entire time through the security cameras, the situation ruined the surprise that we ended up, leaving to eat to a restaurant instead. Despite this unpleasant experience, we left the entire house, clean and in better conditions than we found it. We were still charged both the cleaning fee and that’s 250. I’ve never experience this with any other house. That explains all The eggshells in front of the home.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this situation affected your experience and we understand this was a special occasion for your family. For clarification, during our communication you acknowledged that not all of your family members staying overnight had been included on the reservation and agreed to pay the additional guest fee. Our home can accommodate up to 21 guests, but the number of overnight guests must be accurately reflected on the reservation. We simply ask that all guests follow the same house rules and accurately register everyone staying overnight. Regarding the comment about being watched, our guests are not continuously monitored. The property has disclosed exterior security cameras for safety and property protection and we respect our guests privacy. Regarding the eggshells mentioned in the review, we occasionally have peacocks around the property, including underneath the solar panels, which is where the shells came from. This was unrelated to the cleanliness of the home. We take great pride in our cleaning team and no cleanliness concerns were reported to us during this stay. Had anything been brought to our attention, we would have been happy to address it promptly. We appreciate that you took care of the home. For future reservations, we respectfully recommend accurately registering all overnight guests at the time of booking to avoid misunderstandings regarding occupancy or additional guest fees. We wish you and your family all the best.
