Very good experience

This hotel, condo, apartment building is in a very good location. Valet parking is a plus and dose guys are so helpful and hard workers. At the time that we were there the pool was closed, for maintenance, but seems very clean and welcoming! The beach is right in the back of the apartment, nice side walk and wide beach!

Not what I was expecting

Check in was ok, valets are doing their best, longest I waited for my car is 5min , so pretty good. Room is not really what you see on photos. Probably photos have been taken long time ago. Walls and light switches is really dirty. Towel holder above the toilet is missing and that area is painted but really bad, you can see how it’s painted over some hair on the wall. Pool was under construction and I didn’t get any notice about that. Laundry room requires to buy a card from the lobby but machine that has to provide cards was out of cards, I asked at the reception if it’s any other way to do laundry and they said,,NO”. Building it’s pretty old and smells really bad, especially when you going to gym. I would recommend to host to do some cosmetic maintenance to room.

Overall good experience

Security desk employees are a little less than friendly. The smart elevator, smart washer/dryers on lower level are less than ideal. Kelly was on top of things! Property is in a good location to the beach and walking path. Great for a couple.

Right next to ocean, view of water way and Biscayne Bay

Building is oceanfront, minute walk to the ocean from the HUGE pool, 15th floor unit, overlooks Biscayne Bay. Studio was VERY clean, very efficient use of space, about 400 SF. Nice big screen TV for sports or movies, Netflix etc. Located in Mid-Beach of Miami Beach, about 3 miles away from the chaos of South Beach. Definitely would rent this unit again.
