Hope's Hill Country Retreat W/ 6prs Hot Tub

Very serene, one million stars to view. This upside-down hill country home puts the good stuff upstairs: a light-flooded great room, gourmet kitchen, master suite and a dining balcony. Views that stretch 7 miles across ancient oaks and rolling ridges. Downstairs, two cozy bedrooms open to a covered patio. Fire pit, hammock, and dark skies so clear the Milky Way looks fake. No highway noise. Just deer on the ridge and silence deep enough to hear your soul exhale.


This is an upside down home where the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and all the showers are located on the 2nd floor. There is a full stair case to the 2nd floor which is the only access.

The home is 2200 sq ft nestled into a private group of oak and cedar trees located on our homestead of 3 acres. The owners do live on the land as well about 300 feet away from this home.

There is a fenced yard for your dogs which we allow 2 dogs and no cats or other animals.

6 person hot tub with ambient outdoor lighting.

Large back yard with firepit, hammock and our famous hope tree. Leave your message of hope for future guest to enjoy.

We provide all your basic needs with linens, towels, toiletries, coffee maker drip, light snacks. We have other items such as baby beds on request.


We allow check in any time using an automated lock. The host however do not answer phones past 9pm so if there are issues checking in please be aware to check in before 9pm. You will get a code to open the front door about 3 days before your arrival.
