A starter supply of the following is supplied guests are responsible to bring what they will need for their entire stay.

1 day of supplies that are provided;

Dish soap

3- Dishwasher pods

1 - Sponge

3- Laundry Pods

2- Rolls of paper towels

2- rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

Each bathroom has 1- shampoo, 1-conditioner and 1-bar of soap.

Guest Access:

Easy wide paved roads lead to your retreat, ample flat parking with zero steps leading inside, your exclusive door code will be sent to you an hour before your stay begins.



The Neighborhood:

Exclusive water park community with wide gentle roads leading to the cabin. Amenities featuring a large pool, 2 massive hot tubs, a lazy river, snack bar, lounging areas, splash pad, putt putt golf, pickle ball court, outdoor movies and more!

Other Things to Note:

Pool room is equipped with an electronic keypad, self closing/latching door and a splash alarm. Instructions to turn off alarm while pool is in use will be in our guide. Please ensure alarm is turned back on after every use. Private water park is community only use, instructions will be in lodge and guide book to access.



Please keep in mind you are staying near the National Park and wildlife including bears are know to visit the area. Please lock your vehicles (yes, the bears can open car doors) at all times and keep trash in approved bear receptacles. Never attempt to approach, feed or pet any wildlife of any size.



Our cabin is maintained by a local pest control company however there are times during the year when you may find a couple ladybugs and other bugs in your cabin. They sneak in while loading and unloading of vehicles and when the doors open.



Cancellation Policy Guest Cancellation:

1. More than 60 days before check-in: Full refund minus reasonable processing fees.

2. 60-31 days before check-in: 50% refund of base rate.

3. Less than 30 days: No refund.

Manager Cancellation: If Manager cancels due to unforeseen issues (e.g., property damage), Guest will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation. Manager is not liable for any additional costs resulting from such cancelation (e.g., travel expenses).

There will be no refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, inclement weather, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.

There will be no refund issued due to steep roads or driveways.

This plan provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits, but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker. House



Check-In/Check-Out Process

1. Check-In Process: Approximately (one) hour prior to Check-In Time, Guest will receive a key code for smart lock access via the E-mail Address or Phone Number listed for Guest.

2. Check-Out Process: Guest must vacate on or before Check-Out Time. Upon vacating Property, Guest agrees to properly secure the Property by ensuring that all exterior doors and windows are locked. Guest agrees to leave the Property in good condition. “Good condition” means, but is not limited to: all trash placed in outside trash receptacles; dirty dishes placed in dishwasher and dishwasher run; grill cleaned (if used) and cold ashes removed; all used towels placed inside showers/tubs; remove all perishable food; and log out of any streaming services utilized on any devices at the Property (Manager will not be responsible for charges made to any streaming accounts in the event you fail to log out). Guest will be responsible for any fees, costs, or damages that result from Guest’s failure to comply with this Check-Out Process including, but not limited to, a late check out fee of $50 per half hour past the 10am check out time, if Guest does not vacate on or before Check-Out Time.

Guest booking our cabin agrees to complete and sign rental agreement, provide management with identification and requested information with in 24 hours of booking, failure to do so will forfeit guest's reservation and will be subject to above cancelation policy.
