This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is situated on the city edge with stunning river and city views. Hamilton is one of Australia's most affluent and prestigious suburbs.

Take full advantage and enjoy the rooftop resort-style facilities. The apartment is only 4km from Brisbane CBD and 10 min to Airport, so don't settle and stroll to nearby high-end fashion shops and restaurants too! Last but not the least, Portside Wharf and Gasworks entertainment precincts are both 3 min away!

Pet friendly with additional cost of $20/night/pet

Construction activities are now underway for the Breakfast Creek Green Bridge, with the project expected to be completed in early 2024. This is expected to be noisy throughout the day. This building is opposite the apartment. Issues relating to construction will not be offered compensation. Thank you for your understanding.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.

Home away from home

We stayed while our home was having some renovation work completed. The apartment was a great size and had all basic kitchen items we needed. The construction next door was not a huge issue for us even when working from home. Construction noise started around 6:30am to about 4pm on the week day and weekends was really quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and the home feeling the apartment has.
