We enjoyed our stay in this charming home. Everything was clean and well decorated. The coffee and tea selection was a nice touch.

The duplex property was nicely appointed and very clean. Many nice touches by the host, such as plenty of coffee with creamer in the fridge, lots of towels and books/magazines. It’s an old structure but maintained well with nice updates in the bathrooms. Even had original wood floors in some of the rooms. The property is cooled by window A/C units. We were comfortable despite the 100F temps in the region. We parked our vehicles in the street with no issues. I usually stay in the Porches area but it was nice to be close to downtown and we enjoyed the new bakery district.

We had and amazing stay under unfortunate circumstances we had to come to fort smith we found this place and so glad we did it was cozy we were given some awesome recommendations for things to do while we visited it was an all around 10/10 stay and will definitely love to stay again in the future

Everything was just great. Cathy was very attentive and offered lots of suggestions on local restaurants. We had 2 families, one family of 3 and one of 4. The spaces accommodated us just fine. The duplex offers us opportunity to still be together but yet give privacy.
