Fuerteventura has more than 125 beaches and is ideal for practicing all kinds of water sports. On this island stretches of the Wind Surf World Championships are held, as well as the Open Fisheries. If you choose our island as a holiday we recommend visiting the paradisiacal beaches of JANDÍA, located less than 30km from our accommodation. If you are adventurous and not afraid of dirt roads and curves, COFETE is an unforgettable place. You may also enjoy small coves and scenery that there towards the southern tip of the island after Morro Jable. In the downtown area, Fuerteventura is more rural and turquoise color to the golden pass. We recommend BETANCURIA, PÁJARA and especially AJUY, a small fishing village where you can enjoy good food. In the north, highlight the beaches of Corralejo and El Cotillo. If you come with time you can plan an excursion to LA ISLA DE LOBOS

perfect stay in this very nice apartment

The apartment is perfectly located, nicely furnished and clean. We very much enjoyed that it was so close to the beach and sea promenade. Gran Tarajal is a very nice town with some great cafes and restaurants. We were very warm and personal welcomed by Paco Sosa and felt at home. It was a perfect stay and we would definitely like to come back.

Wir haben 8 Wochen bei Herr Paco Sosa verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und funktional angerichtet. Die Lage ist super, 10 Meter entfern ist ein Laden, wenn man kein Auto hat, ist es sehr praktisch. Ein Fischer-Restaurant und ein Laden von der Fischergenossenschaft, wo man frischen Fisch für ein Apel und Ei bekommt (500 gr. für 3.60eu), liegen 50 Meter entfern. Am Freitag holten wir das frischeste Gemüse auch von einer Genossenschaft, die Verkaufsstelle liegt direkt neben den Spielplatz. Man kann am Hafen sehr gut spazieren gehen und zur Ruhe kommen. Herr Sosa ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Er hat uns Windschütz, Fön, Badetücher, Sonnenschirm und andere Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich habe meine Haare schneiden und färben lassen in Gran Tarajal und war sehr zufrieden und von dem Preis überrascht, es kostete nur 22 eu. Ich möchte für die Reisende einen Tipp geben, weil die Bauweise in Spanien anders ist (hellhörig), nehmen sie Filzpantoffeln mit, damit sie Niemanden belästigen, wenn sie durch die Wohnung laufen. Herr Paco hat uns auch bei Abreise geholfen (umsonst) und zum Busbahnhof gebracht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

We are family with 2 children, stayed here 12 days .Very nice apartament .Paco is very helpful and careful, but speak only spanish. I liked almost everything, but was not enough dishes and glasses. Near is woderful sandy beach, bakery, grocery store and 10 min walking distance two supermarkets. 1 min walking distance post office and fresh fish shop, I visited this shop everyday it is perfect ! In Gran Tarajal is very hard with english language , sometime was diffcult understand something. Also in town haven't bike and car rentals, it's no good.

TRES BONNE LOCATION

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour une location tranquille très bien située dans une vraie ville canarienne vivante et peu touchée par le tourisme de masse. L’appartement, situé à proximité immédiate de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, est clair, spacieux, bien équipé. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi et M.Paco est toujours disponible pour régler le moindre problème qui pourrait se présenter. Aucun problème pour stationner un véhicule mais la situation de la location est idéale pour des gens qui voudraient passer des vacances sans voiture.

Un apartamento que está totalmente equipado para una a 5 personas, con wifi y televisión satélite. Limpieza total. Ropa de camas, toallas y otros de repuestos. Está en una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa. Las atenciones que recibimos de los propietarios fue excelente. Volveremos en las próximas vacaciones.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung

Gran Tarajal ist eher der Ort für Leute, die dem üblichen Tourismus entfliehen möchten. Hier wird überwiegend spanisch gesprochen und die Uhren ticken langsamer. Hier haben wir eine wunderbare Wohnung von Senor Sosa gemietet. Es fehlte an nichts. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der Nähe des Hafens. Ruhig und doch ziemlich zentral. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ob TV, WiFi, komplette Kücheneinrichtung, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, alles ist vorhanden. Das Haus in dem die Wohnung sich befindet ist sehr ruhig, also Erholung erwünscht. Das Auto kann mann überall in Wohnungsnähe parken. Wir müssen schon sagen, dass die Fotos hier voll und ganz den Tatsachen entsprechen. Wir haben schon den nächsten Urlaub gebucht. Natürlich wieder in Gran Tarajal und natürlich wieder bei Senor Paco Sosa. Er ist immer zu erreichen und das Wohl seiner Gäste liegt ihm am Herzen. Wir sagen vielen herzlichen Dank und wir kommen wieder.

I found this holidays one of the best I have. The property felt like it was my own home very clean, confortable and very spacious. The area is quiet but very close to the beach and the town centre which make it perfect. This property was ideal for me and my family with small child. I definitely will go back again. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet und sauber

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Herr S. war im Haus, als wir ankamen, um uns willkommen zu heißen, uns einzuweisen und uns die Schlüssel zu geben. Er war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von Gran Tarajal - die Sonnenaufgänge sind besonders beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und ist sauber und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Gran Tarajal selbst ist nicht sehr touristifiziert - keine Hotelburgen oder so was - hat aber alles, was der Individualurlauber braucht - Supermärkte, Banken, Restaurants... und von Gran Tarajal aus kommt man mit Mietauto sehr gut überall auf der Insel hin. Wir können die Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen

Große Wohnung, sauber, gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung so, wie es sein sollte. Der Vermieter ist herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns sogar morgens um 8 Uhr zum Flughafen gefahren. Note 1.0. Vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man das Meer sehen, es ist sehr ruhig und Gran Tarajal ist eine hübsche, ursprüngliche Kleinstadt mit im Frühling wenig Tourismus (im Sommer scheint die Stadt von Spaniern überzuquellen) aber mit einer schönen Strandpromenade und entsprechenden Einkehrmöglichkeiten (Bars, Restaurants). Die Busanbindung ist prima, zu den nahen Berge ist es nicht weit (auch für Radfahrer interessant). Insgesamt also absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man dem Massentourismus ausweichen und stattdessen eine spanische Kleinstadt erleben möchte."

Ottimo appartamento, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort e attrezzatura necessaria per un piacevole soggiorno. Stanze molto luminose e curate. Il proprietario è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze degli affittuari senza essere assolutamente molesto. La qualità dell'appartamento è molto alta e il prezzo molto contenuto. Gran Tarajal è un buon punto di partenza per esplorare il centro-sud dell'isola. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento.

Great apartment by the sea

Everything was as advertised and our landlord was very helpful and considerate, supplying us with plenty of bottled water for the first few days, as we arrived on a Sunday, which is a quiet day in Spain, many shops are closed. Tarajal is a quieter not too touristy town, the beach is nice for swimming and mostly safe for children. The scenery is not as spectacular as on the north coast, but there are nice walks to the next place Las Playitas and there is a good bus stop with good connections as well. All in all a nice central place to stay."

Appartamento meraviglioso, straordinario!!

"L''appartamento è situato in una posizione centrale dell''isola e può essere utilizzato per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge poste al sud che quelle situate a nord. Ovviamente occorre noleggiare un''auto e prevedere di impegnare dai 30 minuti ad un ora, dato che l''isola è molto estesa in lunghezza. L''appartamento è molto bello e silenzioso e il proprietario è disponibile e discreto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per la settimana in cui siamo stati presenti. The flat is located at a middle area of isle and can be used to reach easily both South and North beaches. Obviously it needs to rent a car and forecast to engage a time within 30 to 60 minutes, due the fact that isle is too long. Flat is very nice, very quiet and owner is always available and tactful. We have been very well for whole week of holiday. El piso está ubicado en posición central de la isla y puede ser usado para llegar fácilmente en las playas del sur y del norte. Es claro que necesita alquilar un coche y ir a esperar de ocupar desde 30 minudos hasta 1 hora en el viaje, puesto que la isla es muy larga. El piso es mucho hermoso y silencioso y el proprietario de la casa es muy disponible y reservado. Estuvimos a gusto por toda nuestra semana de vacaciones

Außerordentliche Wohnung

"Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,er übergibt die Schlüssel persönlich.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das ganze Haus,( drei Wohneinheiten ) innen und aussen, macht einen sehr guten und gepflegten Eindruck.Die Bilder von der Wohnung und dem Umfeld spiegeln den tatsächlichen Zustand wider. Gran Tarajal ist kein Touristenort wie Jandia oder Costa Calma,hier ist noch alles so wie man es sich wünscht,wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte. Bäcker um die Ecke,Supermarkt fünf minuten zu Fuß,nette Lokale und schöner Strand immer in sichtweite. Wir werden uns wiedersehen."
