The generous living room space includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodations. for relaxation after a day of exploring. Relax by the wood burning fireplace or on the deck that overlooks the access trail to the Whistlepunk green run.
The updated kitchen offers everything you need for meals big and small, with beautiful stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to finish the space. It is stocked with the most popular small appliances you may need - toaster oven, blender, crock pot and a trio of coffee brewers: drip-style 12-cup pot, Nespresso and Keurig coffee makers. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar, or dining table with space for 6.

All trash must be taken to dumpsters located in the parking lot. Any trash left in the condo is subject to a $25 per bag fine from the cleaning crew.
Fire in the fireplace MUST be extinguished before leaving the condo. Do not leave fire burning / smoldering overnight.

The blankets were added right at the start of the season to add more coziness, and we chose those because of their softness. So glad to know they have been enjoyed!
Great location and kitchen.Only thing that was needed was a washer and dryer. Then it would have been perfect.

The place was very nice and was a great location for easy access to ski and snowboard. We loved the easy access into the place and having our car right there was perfect. Communication with the property manager was great. I do believe the place could use some updating…furniture in the living room, guest bath shower, ceiling fan in guest bedroom(broken) and there was as suppose to be a king size bed in the primary bedroom but it was either a queen or possibly a full. I do have to say that mattresses themselves were extremely comfortable.

Thanks for your review and input on the furniture. We will communicate this with the owners so they may take it under advisement. We will also pass on your compliments regarding the mattresses. We apologize for confusion regarding the master bedroom bed size - that mistake was noted shortly after listing, and corrected. In the future we will plan to reach out to guests who have booked to let them know of the correction.
This is the first we are hearing of the ceiling fan not working in the guest bedroom! Please reach out to your host in the future if something is not working as it should, so it may be addressed promptly (during or after your stay, as you prefer). Without that information, we do not know there is a problem, and that creates an unfortunate delay in the resolution.

We are perplexed at your 6/10 review. We accommodated your early check in request on an EXTREMELY busy day (our crew had 22 turns that day), were always prompt to respond to your questions, and when you identified a problem with a faucet not turning off, offered to send the resident manager in to diagnose and resolve the problem. You declined.
You then struggled with the locks on check out and contacted us again - and again, we responded promptly and offered troubleshooting. You then realized and admitted the issue was user error - which happens to all of us, so no judgment, rather offering another example of how we went out of our way to assist.
There is absolutely nothing else we could have done to perfect your stay. The condo was in pristine condition, we were responsive and quick to offer help, and did all we could to provide you a 10/10 stay. We have an extremely high standard for the care of our condo and customer service we offer our guests so that we earn those 10/10 reviews.
