Enjoy this spacious apartment located at Tides Condominium in Hollywood, an oceanfront resort-like property ideal for vacation rentals. The apartment consists of a primary bedroom with two queen size beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The integrated dining and living room features a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to two additional guests for a maximum capacity of 4 guests total. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare full meals. The private balcony offers a beautiful city views.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available on every floor, accessible with a prepaid card. Tides Condominium elevates your stay with resort-style amenities, including a stunning oceanfront pool and a modern gym.
Tides charges the following fees payable to the condominium association :

VALET PARKING
$100 Weekly
$125 bi-weekly
$150 three weeks
$175 four weeks
$40 holidays
FOB KEY
The condominium requires purchase of a FOB KEY for $30 every two adults. Non-refundable.
