Our spacious home has over 2,700 square feet and every amenity to ensure an awesome and memorable experience for everyone in your that is quiet time relaxing and enjoying gorgeous views over beautiful Santa Fe Lake, action packed days enjoying the lake, kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing, exploring natural water trails, fishing, tubing, water skiing, and boating; or off the lake, antique shopping, meeting local artists, visiting near-by U-pick farms or lounging under inviting canopy water oaks; then perhaps joining up again in the evening for s’mores around the fire pit, friendly challenges of outdoor games, a favorite movie, or an evening cruise.

The wonderful large fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the home with a massive central island with prep space and eating area. There are two dining areas with long tables for seating large groups and perfect for great conversation! The living room area has cozy quality seating, a 65” curved TV with DVD player and a wall of full height glass doors for views and access to the Florida room and outdoors. A variety of board games, decks of cards and jigsaw puzzles are also available for fun game nights at the lake.

If you are looking for a nice quiet place you can head off to the sun-filled Florida room, boasting the best views in the house or a quiet spot in a hammock or chair on the patio or dock. Everyone is sure to find their favorite spots!

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and a bunk bed closet.

Master bedroom: king bed and bathroom with double sinks and enclosed shower

Bedroom two: two full size bunk beds and shared bathroom with bedroom three having two twin bed bunk and the shared hallway with two twin bunks

Bedroom three: two twin bed bunk beds shared bathroom that has a full size tub.

Bedroom four: queen bed, private bathroom with walk in shower

All three bathroom have not been updated as of yet. They are fully functional but outdated.

The outdoor area includes a large open deck with stunning views and large gas grill. The deck has a large deep seated patio set. It's an easy walk from the house to the dock. You are welcome to use our kayak, paddle board, and canoe. You can bring your own boat or PWC. Gathering around a fire in the fire pit or feeding fish at the dock will create fond memories for everyone.

Great for large family reunions or FL Gator games. (Gainesville is 30 mins away) Special events such as weddings may include additional fees.
