You Won't Want to Leave. This is a unique property, few of which exist on the Sacramento River in the Delta area. It sits right on the banks of the river, with the water immediately in front of you. The sunrises from across the river, with geese, sea lions (yes, there is a group that essentially lives at the Rio Vista bridge, just downstream from the house), the occasional otter, and all kinds of other birds - herons, egrets, swallows, all flying up and down the river, right off your own private deck. The house itself, as per the photos, has huge view windows, new floors, appliances and paint. Very serene and tastefully done, in short. There are not many properties for rent in the Delta like this. Most are on top of a levee, set back at a distance from the water, and none of those of 5 minutes from downtown Rio Vista (check out Lucy's and Haps Taps) and 15 minutes from Isleton (check out Memos, Manny's and Peter's Steakhouse).
