Great Facility/Location

Longboat Key is a great location for enjoying both the Gulf and the Bay. This condo is the best of both worlds with balconies on both side for Bay and Gulf views. Proximity to Sarasota and Bradenton and all the activities and services is very handy. The condo has a wonderful collection of art pieces and is bright and airy. We hope to return.

Great location, nice windows An older lockbox on the door made it difficult to get to the key to get in. There were clothes in the drawers of the dressers in the bedrooms. No instructions for how to watch TV but the owner stopped by and fixed it.

I am a mother of 3 children 4 and under. I am passionate about food, soil health and organic farms. I love to cook and am an avid runner. I speak a little Hebrew and used to live part time in Israel.

Why they chose this property

This property my sister and I share. Our parents bought it when we were very little. We each use it a couple weeks a year and like to share it with others the rest of the time. Our parents slowly renovated it, room by room. It has all been renovated since they bought it in the 80's and is comfortable. We plan to give it another facelift in the next 2-5 years but for now we find it very functional and open.

What makes this property unique

The building is a community and people who come love to stay. We love being able to walk across the street and be at the beach and walk downstairs to the heated pool.
