House is great. location is perfect. We had breakfast and dinner daily on the patio soaking in the view and fresh air. Very polite neighbors a walk/running trail goes right by the property and through amazing meadows and tree groves. Walk to the lake at kings beach. We had a big group and planned lots of activities and everything is super close. Dave was on top of everything. Great time had by all. Be aware the 5th bedroom the open loft. It was perfect for our littles in sleeping bags but probably not for adults.
