Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave used beds unmade. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - subject to be charged if not followed
Turn hot tub jets and lights off and cover hot tub after use.
Take trash to outside trash bin. On departure take bin to edge of driveway next to white fence. Subject to be charged if not followed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please provide a government issued photo identification.(drivers license passport) after booking for security
Please be respectful to our property and belongings! This is our home for family and friends! Thank you!
You are welcome to use the gas grill during your stay. We'd just ask that it's cleaned after use so it's ready for next guest. Thank you!
