THE SPACE

Entertainment is spread across multiple dedicated zones so the whole group can spread out or come together on their own terms. The movie theater seats everyone in leather recliners with surround sound. The adult game lounge has a pool table and bar setup. The karaoke room is wired and ready. The kids' game room keeps the younger crowd busy while the adults unwind.

The indoor swim spa lets you swim laps or just soak year-round — weather-proof, no waiting for summer. The barrel sauna is steps away. The downstairs bar ties it all together for long group hangs that don't require leaving the property.

Outside, a private firepit and outdoor dining area overlook the lake. Community lake access is yours for kayaking, fishing, or just sitting on the water at sunset.

The upscale kitchen has the professional appliances and counter space to cook for the whole group. An EV charger is available on-site.
