Prefect place. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, basket of goodies, personal guide book of local restaurants, attractions, activities, ... Location was great, walking distance to downtown, Art's Center, multiple restaurants. Host does an great job. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was wonderful and the place was very nice. The owner was great to work with. If going in warm weather just check in and make sure you know how to work the small air units. He worked with us to resolve our issues with it.

Glad you chose my stay for your Chattanooga visit. Thanks for bringing the A/C to my attention. Switching mini split A/C between hot/cold can be tricky. I'll put up instructions to make it less confusing.

Great location, we walked from the condo to downtown two times, lots of restaurants close by, Grant was very responsive. When we texted him the kitchen had all the things you would hope!

Love the location. Walking distance to lots of eateries and events. It was quiet and peaceful. 3 balconies. Good sunrise view. There’s a local guide book in the living room guests should review. Great ideas for local attractions.
