This beautifully maintained elevated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers modern coastal style, generous space, and thoughtful accessibility, all set in a peaceful, tree-lined area that provides a sense of privacy and calm for both you and your four-legged companions.



Enjoy the brand-new saltwater pool, recently added for even more vacation fun! Photos will be updated soon. The pool is not heated in the summer months but can be heated with an additional fee in the months of September-May.



Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features a separate ground-level living space complete with its own bedroom and full bath—perfect for extended family, guests seeking added privacy, or multi-generational stays. Upstairs, open and light-filled living areas invite you to relax after a day at the beach, with an elevated perspective that captures coastal breezes and a tranquil, natural backdrop.



For added convenience, the home includes a platform lift elevator, ideal for transporting luggage, groceries, or assisting guests with mobility needs. A 4-seater golf cart is included, making the quick and easy ride to the beach part of the experience—perfect for families, groups, or cruising the island together without the hassle of parking.

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately (airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.
