Location is everything! This charming house is in the Seattle’s Northgate neighborhood. Walk distance to Light Rail station and restaurants, and a 10 minute’s drive to grocery stores (QFC and Asian Food Center) and many more shops
The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture, cookware, lines and dishes. New countertops and dishwasher are also installed in September 2025, with new flooring and breakfast nook.
House has one bedroom with a king bed, and another bedroom with a twin daybed that pulls out to a king bed
