We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sandy Sea Turtle in St. Augustine Beach. The beachfront property was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The unit was exactly as described and Jonathan is a wonderful host. There was very clear communication every step of the way from booking, to check in, following up with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay, and final instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 wks and had a great experience. Great 2nd/3rd floor oceanfront views. The condo was clean, updated, and everything worked. Beach chairs, umbrella provided, a nice bonus. Beach was clean, quiet and uncrowded except for weekends. Don't miss sunrise on the beach!I’m picky about cleanliness and usually clean rentals myself before settling in, but this one was spotless—nothing to do. The complex was quiet and friendly. A short walk to Publix for groceries and Santiago Restaurant next door is a hidden gem with a great menu and outdoor seating. The owner was friendly, easy to reach, and very responsive.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We're really glad you enjoyed your two‑week stay — the oceanfront views, the quiet complex, and the clean, updated space. It’s great to hear the beach gear was useful and that the beach and heated pool made January relaxing. I also appreciate your notes about the spotless condition. The nearby spots you mentioned really are gems, and I’m happy they added to your stay. Thank you, as well, for the kind words about communication. You were wonderful guests, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Beautiful condo with nice views of ocean/dunes/pool/landscaped grounds etc and we enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the heated pool and beach in January. Kitchen and bathrooms are tastefully updated. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Some features - sliders/windows/screens etc - show their age and are not in the best of shape. The floors could use a thorough scrubbing - we got black feet walking barefoot in the unit (see picture). Otherwise a good stay.

Thank you for the kind review. We're really glad you enjoyed the views and the updated spaces, and that the heated pool made January a little more fun. I also appreciate you pointing out the sliders and screens. We've already taken the opportunity to repair both of them. Feedback like yours genuinely helps keep the place in great shape. Thanks, again!

This place was perfect for a family of 4.The interior design and furnishings were perfect. So comfy and really set the "beach cozy" mood.Great view of the ocean from all balconies, and lots of toys (bodyboards, etc.) To help enjoy said ocean. Amazing location, with shops, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. St. Auguestine was about 5 min by car.The beds were comfy yet supportive; we all slept so well. And the climate control was spot on.The hosts even left us a bottle of sparkling cider and a hand written note to welcome us! Didn't think that level of cordiality still existed.I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place, other than we had to leave.

Thank you so much for this incredible review. I’m really glad the condo felt like the perfect fit for your family — from the cozy beach‑inspired design to the ocean views from every balcony. I’m especially grateful for your kind words about the welcome note and cider — creating a thoughtful experience for guests is something we truly care about, so it means a lot that it stood out. And I agree, the location with shops, cafés, and downtown St. Augustine just minutes away really does make everything easy. You were wonderful guests, and we’d be thrilled to host you again anytime!
