Located on the 3rd floor of the Lasata building, this spacious condo sleeps up to 10 guests and offers a seamless vacation or conference experience for families, friends, or multi-generational groups.

Relax in a bright, open living area with balcony access and peaceful views of Baytowne Wharf’s natural surroundings.

65" Smart TV in the open living area with a new sleeper sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, oven, microwave, and counter seating for 4. A dining table seats 6 comfortably. Ice machine is available on the ground floor.

Living Area — Plus two bedrooms — open directly to private balconies, perfect for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail.

Elevators make access a breeze from the underground parking garage (1 vehicle maximum in the underground garage, overflow parking available).

6-seater golf cart available March 1, 2026 (added fee and subject to availability), located just outside of the elevators, waiver and rules apply

Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bath with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Guest King Suite: King bed, Smart TV, and full bath.

Double-Queen Suite: Two queen beds, kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini-fridge), Smart TV, balcony, and full bath. This suite has its own private entrance, ideal for added privacy or separate stays.

Additional Sleep Space: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Laundry: Full-size washer & dryer in-unit.

No smoking, no pets, minimum age 25 to rent.

It’s truly a destination for all ages and occasions. You cannot rent golf carts from 3rd parties outside of Sandestin so the only way to enjoy golf cart cruising throughout the 2,400-acre resort is with an owner-provided cart or LSV. Get to the beach, go shopping, and golf quickly and easily.



Primary guest agrees to digitally sign the host rental agreement, verify ID/age with host, comply with all house rules/local ordinances, and consents to guest background screening. The primary guest minimum age is 25 years old and must occupy the property during the entire length of stay. Accidental damage protection is provided by host and included in your booking total. Golf cart rentals are required to sign a separate rental agreement, provide security deposit, and follow all Sandestin and local regulations (very strict). Details provided upon request. On rare occasions, mechanical or other issues beyond our control may render the golf cart unusable. Destin Paradise Rentals (850-332-4298) will address any issues as quickly as possible, but refunds are limited to the unused portion of the golf cart rental fee only. Sandestin golf cart registration policy prevents us from being able to substitute a replacement cart.

Sandestin Resort Amenities & Access: Beaches, three public golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball courts (10 total, 4 new additions late 2025), and catch-and-release fishing lakes with trophy bass. Year-round tram operated by Sandestin.



Getting Around:

Very walkable. Rent our golf cart for added convenience and fun!
