Enjoy a cozy stone fireplace, luxury vinyl wood-plank floors, radiant in-floor heating, granite counters, Sub-Zero fridge, stainless appliances, and a large breakfast bar.
The property also includes a separate 1-bed/1-bath guest house with its own full kitchen, laundry, and living space — great for extra privacy.
There’s plenty to do here: a spacious game room, a flagstone patio and fenced backyard overlooking a private sand volleyball court, plus an indoor pool and hot tub for year-round enjoyment.
All of this sits on over 2.5 peaceful acres backing the National Forest, with no HOA, a 3-car garage, and ample parking.

Flagstaff Dream Escape is a fantastic and fun home w indoor pool, pool table & much more! National Forest out back, fenced in yard for your trained pets, please note: We are a self check-in facility.
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Main house has 3 bedrooms, a study with Murphy bed and a pullout couch, 3 full baths … casita has one bedroom and a pullout chair-bed and one full bathroom… lots of room for your family at our beautiful home:)
You may (please, respectfully) use all of our beautiful family Flagstaff home. (Just No access to my personal sauna in spa room, sorry)
You will be checking yourself in & our VA team will gladly assist you with questions.
