The property is partially privacy fenced with beautiful landscaping providing shade for meals on the outdoor patio. Your rental includes a Yamaha QuieTech 4-seater gas golf cart. The Hemingway pool is within walking distance or 2 minutes by golf cart.
Shopping is 5 minutes by golf cart at nearby Colony Plaza including Publix, Walgreens, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Citizens Bank, McDonalds, Subway, etc. Numerous challenging executive golf courses, including Roosevelt, Truman and Sarasota, only a short golf cart ride away. Local dog parks include Paradise Park, Mulberry, and Springdale. Lake Sumter is 9 minutes away offering a variety of restaurants and retail stores, as well as wonderful live entertainment nightly.
