I am not sure how the rating lines up with the words. Perhaps they meant 12 of 10, or thought zero was the best score? Anyone else have any ideas?

Beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. Comfy furniture. Each room was painted a different color and looked very nice. Fenced yard for the dog. Golf cart was fun. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. We would stay there again and would recommend this to anyone.Bonnie and DaveCincinnati, OH

Aside from having specific instructions on how to leave the property it was good. But there was no cleaning fee so I guess it was a balance. Didn’t expect to wash and change sheets and towels upon leaving. Perhaps add that to the listing.

Yamaha golf cart in garage, plus 2 sets of clubs if you need them. Parking is in driveway only. Would use this villa again in future visits.
