Very comfortable, locations wonderful to Sumter landing. Has everything you need. Thanks for convenient. Stay while we were doing construction in our house. We live in The Villages so very aware of how wonderful this place is.

I am not sure how the rating lines up with the words. Perhaps they meant 12 of 10, or thought zero was the best score? Anyone else have any ideas?

Beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. Comfy furniture. Each room was painted a different color and looked very nice. Fenced yard for the dog. Golf cart was fun. Close to Sumter landing and easy to access by car or golf cart. Right around the corner from community pool. House was very nice and equipped nicely. Nice and clean. We would stay again.

Aside from having specific instructions on how to leave the property it was good. But there was no cleaning fee so I guess it was a balance. Didn’t expect to wash and change sheets and towels upon leaving. Perhaps add that to the listing.

Really nice property. 2 bedrooms, very comfortable, quiet location in the villas. TV offers plenty of channels, plus easy access to streaming services.Located just minutes from Sumter Square. Yamaha golf cart in garage, plus 2 sets of clubs if you need them. Parking is in driveway only. Would use this villa again in future visits.
