This newly remodeled Beach cottage is the perfect home for your beach getaway trip to Corolla in the sought after 4x4 and wild horse area. Guests will find a screened in 2nd floor balcony where you can enjoy the breeze and sounds of the ocean. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, including Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and a private full bath with a bidet and walk in closet and TV to wind down in private while laying in bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen mechanical bed that allows you to raise the head or feet while laying in bed w/a closet and also enjoy watching your own binge shows. Bedroom 3 features one full bed, a TV and closet, and the 4th Bedroom has a fun bunk bed with a twin on top, full on the bottom, nice sized TV for gaming or watching TV. There's a 2nd full bath in the hall with a linen closet. There's an open floor plan living room and kitchen with a kitchen table that seats 8 comfortably along with 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. When you're done with the beach, there's foosball, pingpong and cornhole in the enclosed unheated/uncooled 1st floor. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this quaint and terrific cottage offers a welcoming retreat. While we are new to being the landlords on VRBO, we have stayed in private VRBO-type homes for many years all over the US and in 5 additional countries. We have had the pleasure of staying at very nice rentals and not so nice, so we know and strive to make this a lovely getaway for our renters and just know you'll love this beach cottage as much as we do!
