Free parking for up to 3 cars (4WD or snow tires recommended in winter; driveway plowed as needed)

Not permitted: Indoor fires, pets, or unregistered guests.
No smoking indoors; an ashtray is provided on the deck.
Outdoor wood fires are allowed in designated pits/chiminea.
Cameras monitor only the driveway and entryway (no interior cameras).
Check-in and check-out instructions are provided after booking.

Inside, Big Green feels like your own private mountain fun zone. Stream movies on a 100” theater screen with surround sound, relax in the private outdoor hot tub, or challenge friends to games on the electronic gaming table featuring hundreds of arcade and board classics.
The open-concept layout is designed for togetherness, featuring multiple seating areas, large windows, blackout shades, and a cozy, modern design that feels both relaxing and energizing.

Tech lovers and remote workers will appreciate the 1 Gbps internet, whole-home TP-Link Wi-Fi 6 mesh, and a dedicated workstation with a curved Dell monitor, conference speaker, and single-cable USB-C dock.

Cook and connect on the outdoor grill or in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a drip or Keurig coffee maker, an air fry/toaster, a crockpot, an indoor grill, and plenty of cookware and spices.
After a day outdoors, unwind in the hot tub under string lights, or cozy up for a movie night watching Netflix with surround sound and a projector.

Each living room area has a 65" Smart TV, and there is even a smaller smart TV in the GYM. Netflix is available on all TVs!

Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, swimming, or pure relaxation, Big Green is the perfect blend of modern comfort and mountain adventure — close to everything, yet completely private.

A pack-and-play is available for use during your stay as needed.

Please note that any excessive mess or damage will incur a fee starting at $300.

You can use the hot tub at your own risk. By booking Big Green, you and your guests agree (1) to assume all risks of hot-tub use, including injury/illness; (2) to release and hold harmless the owner and manager from any claims or damages arising from use or misuse; and (3) to indemnify the owner for any damage to the tub or property caused by your party. Follow posted rules: no glass; no pets; no oils/soaps; no food; no drugs; no excessive alcohol; shower before/after; max water temp ≤104°F/40°C; limit sessions; children must be directly supervised and no young children in the tub; people who are pregnant, have heart, skin, or other medical conditions should not use the hot tub. Report any issue immediately and do not use if water looks cloudy or the cover is off when you arrive.
