A pack-and-play is available for use during your stay as needed.
Please note that any excessive mess or damage will incur a fee starting at $300.
You can use the hot tub at your own risk. By booking Big Green, you and your guests agree (1) to assume all risks of hot-tub use, including injury/illness; (2) to release and hold harmless the owner and manager from any claims or damages arising from use or misuse; and (3) to indemnify the owner for any damage to the tub or property caused by your party. Follow hot tub rules: no glass; no pets; no oils/soaps; no food; no drugs; no excessive alcohol; shower before/after; max water temp ≤104°F/40°C; limit sessions; children must be directly supervised and no young children in the tub; people who are pregnant, have heart, skin, or other medical conditions should not use the hot tub. Report any issue immediately and do not use if the water looks cloudy or the cover is off when you arrive. Do not use it if the water appears cloudy, and report it to your host right away.
Mountain Lakes has a mix of paved and unpaved mountain roads. Lowered or Rear Wheel Drive vehicles should use caution and be avoided in the winter months.
