Outdoor wood fires are allowed in designated pits/chiminea.
Cameras monitor only the driveway and entryway (no interior cameras).

The community is home to Monteau, a lost ski area recently revived for hiking and expert downhill mountain biking, with plans to restore the skiing trails by 2030.

Nearby, you will find great food and fun activities, including snowmobile and ATV tours, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, local fairs, ziplining, and rock climbing. There is so much to do in the White Mountains all year long.

Inside, Big Green feels like your own private mountain fun zone. Stream movies on a 100” theater screen with surround sound, relax in the private outdoor hot tub, or challenge friends to darts, fun games, or the gaming table.
The open-concept layout is designed for togetherness, featuring multiple seating areas, a well-equipped bar and coffee station, large private windows, blackout shades, and a cozy, modern design that feels both relaxing and energizing.

Tech lovers and remote workers will appreciate the 1 Gbps internet, whole-home TP-Link Wi-Fi 6 mesh, and a dedicated sit-to-stand workstation equipped with a large curved monitor, webcam, conference speaker, keyboard, and mouse, all connected via a single USB-C connection.

Cook and connect on the outdoor grill or in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a drip or Keurig coffee maker, an air fry/toaster, a crockpot, an indoor countertop grill, and plenty of cookware and spices.
After a day exploring all the fantastic attractions and activities the area has to offer, unwind in the hot tub under string lights, stargaze by the fire, or cozy up for a movie night watching Netflix with surround sound and a projector.

The local convenience store has the essentials, including a deli that makes breakfast, lunch, and dinner with homemade daily specials, and it is just minutes away. Many larger dining, essential needs, and grocery options are just a 15-minute drive away!

A pack-and-play is available for use during your stay as needed.
Please note that any excessive mess or damage will incur a fee starting at $300.

You can use the hot tub at your own risk. By booking Big Green, you and your guests agree (1) to assume all risks of hot-tub use, including injury/illness; (2) to release and hold harmless the owner and manager from any claims or damages arising from use or misuse; and (3) to indemnify the owner for any damage to the tub or property caused by your party. Follow hot tub rules: no glass; no pets; no oils/soaps; no food; no drugs; no excessive alcohol; shower before/after; max water temp ≤104°F/40°C; limit sessions; children must be directly supervised and no young children in the tub; people who are pregnant, have heart, skin, or other medical conditions should not use the hot tub. Report any issue immediately and do not use if the water looks cloudy or the cover is off when you arrive. Do not use it if the water appears cloudy, and report it to your host right away.

Mountain Lakes has a mix of paved and unpaved mountain roads. Lowered or Rear Wheel Drive vehicles should use caution and be avoided in the winter months.
