• Please wash all dishes & return them to their original places. • Turn off and cover the fire pit & BBQ grill. • Return all outdoor sports & game equipment to their proper locations.
• Place the cover back over the ping pong table. For the full checkout checklist, please refer to the house guidebook/manual provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only the number of guests listed on your reservation is allowed on the property. Additional guests will incur a $75 per person, per night fee.
Children must be supervised at all times near the pool, fire pit, hot tub, and BBQ grill areas.
Please turn off all outdoor equipment (hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit) when not in use.

Since we were there for the UIL State Swim Meet for our oldest child (Senior in HS) we didn’t have much time to explore, but there was plenty for our other children to do to keep them busy for the time we had left each day after the meet. They all had a blast with everything the house had to offer.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property with our family of five! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was designed for fun. The outdoor setup was perfect for the kids to bounce from the pool to the hot tub. They practically lived on the basketball court reenacting moments from the NCAA tournament. The movie room was a total hit as well. After long days of playing outside, winding down with a movie in there felt like such a treat — especially with our son serving up popcorn.The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We never felt cramped, and having all of these amenities right on-site meant was ideal after some daily sightseeing. Great spot!
