Beautiful Villa with Loft - 6 Passenger Golf Cart Included

Gorgeous end unit townhouse that is a 10 minute walk to the beach and just a few minute walk to the new pool, redone in 2012. The spacious first floor living room has a vaulted ceiling, flatscreen tv, recliner and serene view of Diamond Lake. It also has a pull out sofa for a double bed. The patio is surrounded by huge pine trees which keep it shaded and cool, even in the heat of the day. The outdoor table, chairs and grill offer a comfortable setting especially in early morning or at the end of the day. The open kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with extras. The dining area seats six, looks out over the water, and the barstools make room for two more. The downstairs master bedroom with an attached bath, opens onto a small courtyard. The new 46 inch flatscreen tv provides viewing enjoyment. The bathroom has been beautifully tiled and provides a luxurious experience.

The upstairs opens into a cute loft area with twin beds. There is an attached large storage area which houses a pull out loveseat, as well as the extra beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella. The upstairs master bedroom with its king bed, is spacious and has a view of the water. The attached bath is also beautifully tiled and has a Tuscan feel. There is a large walk in closet for additional storage.

Overall, this unit is well appointed, spacious, and has beautiful views of Diamond Lake. Have fun fishing in this 'catch and release' lake, which is only steps from the patio.

During June, July, and Aug. rentals must be from Sat to Sat.

We had a great stay at the villa. Plenty of room. We loved having the lake and back patio. The fountain was great to listen to and it turned off for a couple days and we could watch the turtles sun bath up there. The golf cart was great to have to get around. All in all great stay. Will be back.

A little piece of paradise

Beautiful townhome near everything in Sandestin. It is fully stocked with anything you might need. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This condo had everything we needed and the host responded in a timely manner to all our inquiries. It is a great location within a gated community just a short golf cart ride to the beach and pool in addition to many restaurants and shops. There were beach towels, chairs, toys and umbrella for our use. We would stay again!

This is our third straight year to stay at this property. Obviously, we find the accommodations perfect for our group of six. The closeness to Baytowne Wharf and to the beach, and the convenience of the golf cart are big favorites with our family. Quiet surroundings are a plus.

Everything you’ll ever need

This villa had everything we could hope for and more. Loved the location and golf cart was so much fun. Many restaurants, stores and things to do within a quick golf cart ride. Beach was beautiful. We met birds, squirrels and deer right in our very own yard. We give this property a 10 out of 10!!!!

Anniversary Getaway

We absolutely loved this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake, convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, very clean and safe home, and the golf cart was a huge bonus! My husband and I were able to completely relax during the time we were there. We will definitely look to rent this again.

Great place! Very clean! This place was perfect for our stay. We love Sandestin! Sandestin has the beach, pools, shops, restaurants and ponds to fish all within a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is a must when staying in Sandestin. The cart made it easy to access the beach, pool or Baytown shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning to stay in Sandestin.

Beautiful, quiet location near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. We fished right outside the back patio, walked to the pool, and used the golf cart to get to the beach and to other pools in just a matter of minutes. We cooked most of our meals in the large kitchen. The beds were cozy...overall all great place to stay in San Destin resort.

Beautiful Property

I would 1,000% stay here again. The location is perfect. The resort is beautiful. This is the best stocked condo that we have ever stayed at. It is a perfect size for two adult families. We were able to rent a crib for the baby and had a wonderful stay.

Miramar Beach Vacation

Property is very clean and well maintained, talked to the owner several times during two month stay for minor issues, was always prompt to respond and caring about concerns. Enjoyed the use of golf cart tremendously, so fun to go to beach, grocery shopping, etc. All in all a great place to stay!

Lovely Beach Vacation

Perfect location and great beach access, we loved the golf cart. This was the perfect arrangement for my family of 5 and mother (grandma). We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio every morning overlooking the lake. It is walking distance to the pool which was never busy and the perfect temperature. A very relaxing and quiet location within the Sandestin resort. Marilyn was very accommodating and we would definitely stay again.

My husband and I are from the Conneaut Lake, Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania. We live on the lake and enjoy the water. It is a place where family and friends love to gather and have a good time. We wanted a place in Florida where we all can gather and enjoy the warmth, especially during the cooler months.

Why they chose this property

We traveled over a good part of Florida, looking for a place to enjoy during some of the cold, winter weather. We were visiting friends, and fell in love with Sandestin. It is a beautiful area and the beaches with the white sand and emerald water were just what we were looking for. There is a lot to do and our children and grandchildren (who love to fish) will never be bored.
Sandestin seems like the perfect place to enjoy the Florida coast.

What makes this property unique

We loved the views of Diamond Lake from the living room and dining area. The trees in the back make it feel so relaxing and peaceful. Our children and grandchildren love to fish, so the well stocked lake is perfect!
