This beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in prime location on the beach end of Dunsborough's Cafe strip. With glorious playgrounds, parks and lapping water only a few steps away and a short stroll to town for all your conveniences. Kitchen: Features a fully equipped open plan kitchen opens up to the lounge/dining area. Car Parking: Undercover single carport and single parking bay Sleeps 6 people comfortably Bedding: Bedroom 1: 1 xQueen Bed (upstairs) Bedroom 2: 1 xQueen bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3: 2x Single Beds (Upstairs) Extra Features: NBN Wireless Internet Foxtel Gas BBQ for outdoor entertainment Air-conditioned/Heater Reverse Cycle Split in Main living area Balcony that opens up from the master bedroom. Please note the fire place is not apart of the rental Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
HOUSE RULES NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY -Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends. No noise must be heard from the property after these hours. -Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the house. -No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 64 people allowed. -Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to: No cats, rabbits or birds allowed. Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted. Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest. Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable. Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Perfect spot close to the beach and Dunsborough city centre. You can walk to get your coffee and treats at the bakery. Kitchen well appointed. Dogs accepted which was a bonus. Had a great stay. Thank you
The apartment was perfect with plenty of space both inside and out. The location was excellent with the beach a few steps away and shops, restaurants etc just a few more steps away.
Would definitely stay here again.
Given 3 stars because there’s a street lamp right outside the main bedroom which lit the room up so it was like sleeping with a light on all night. It needs some block out curtains or blinds up. We also couldn’t get into the property and had to phone the owner, the locks need looking at. Everything else was good, location was great.

Thank you for your review. We have block out blinds in the room. Unfortunately, they were damaged by a previous guest and had to be taken for repair for a couple of days, so we only had the standard blind up for your stay. The block out blind was re-installed a couple of weeks ago so the light won't be a problem anymore.
Check in was easy, no hassle.
Home was clean, modern and has all the bits and pieces required when self catering.
In a great position close to centre and beach.
The property is in the heart of Dunsborough & across from the beach. The property has everything you could possibly need & to comfortable. It’s our second stay here & was a great base to explore the south west.
It can be noisy at night as you are on Dunn Street so can hear cars & people going pass.
Easy to organise and confirm our stay.
Amenities exactly as per description. Coffee shops and Dunsborough food options like the bakery and Occies and Oh Delhi all close enough to walk, beautiful Geographe Bay metres away. Look forward to coming back again soon.
This property was the perfect location for our family holiday. We literally parked the car on arrival and didn’t use it again until we left four days later!
Walking distance (for a 3 and 4 year old) to the beach, cafes, park and bar/restaurants. Our 6month old slept comfortably during both day naps and overnight with the ceiling fans keeping him cool and we really appreciated the portacot and high chair!
The front garden was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while the kids played cricket and despite being on a main road, the traffic noise was non-existent when inside with the doors/blinds down.

This is the first place I have stayed in that had sharp kitchen knives. The kitchen was really well appointed and it was very clean. The only thing I could fault was the mattress which was very hard, a topper would fix it and make this the perfect house.
Great location with a tidy and modern property. Having the 2 bathrooms was great as we were a group of 4 ladies!
The only very minor thing that we were disappointed with, was that the gas fireplace shown in pics was not actually a part of the property listing so we were unable to use it. That aside, we still all enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again! ☺️
