Ideally located on Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, Stableford Cottage is a very central self-contained accommodation within walking distance to Dunsborough beaches and town centre, cafes, and restaurants.

Yallingup & Meelup beaches in less than 10 min drive, and wineries and breweries within 10 min drive. And the house is on the Golf course!
Perfect for families and groups of up to 6 people.

Come and relax in this very well stocked home that has all a family could need: a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms and a TV room, toys, games and more...

We only ask you to bring your own bed linen (flat/fitted sheets, quilt and pillow covers), bath/ beach towels. Unless you want us to provide bed linen and towels to you for an extra $98/stay. We don't provide personal toiletries.

Close to all the attractions. We took lots of games and had fun playing them, even with all the rain. A great place to stay with the family.

Conveniently located holiday home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay in Dunsborough. It was great to be able to walk/ride to town and foreshore from The house. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. However the extensive list of rules was a little off-putting!!

Just what we needed!!

Stableford Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our week away in Dunsborough. The rooms were a great size with all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the front room, and spent most nights watching movies there! The kitchen was very nice and we loved cooking our dinners there. We would have loved to see empty garden bins as we could not fit in our rubbish bags. Other than that and the lack of clarity on what bedding was available there, it was a most enjyable stay. Thank you so much, we definately recomend this stay!!

Little getaway

Property was as advertised except for the swings and back lawn, it was full of weeds and prickles and in need of a good spray / mow, swings very outdated and poor condition. Bins were full on arrival and collection day was near the end of our stay. Otherwise house was in good condition.

Positives - Excellent location for Dunsborough and surrounds. Set up for families with lots of space for children. Negatives -Did not get access code for the key lock until 4 hours after check on time. Tried contacting the host and got no response Contacted Stayz who also tried contacting the host without much success. The property is poorly maintained. The garden is very overgrown and looks like the lawns have not been mowed for months and the play equipment is in poor condition.

The automated messages setup in Stayz were not working hence Stayz confirmed the issue was on their side. The guest got a refund from Stayz. Issue has been resolved since then. Garden was overgrown and we let the guests know since the gardener was sick and couldn't come earlier. Play equipment has since been updated.

Hot and very "ho hum"

Well, where do I start!! *First of all, the last thing you want to be doing when arriving somewhere on a break is to be making up beds. Having the beds made up and having other "normal" linen provided (towels) costs another 33 per night. Is this a STAYZ normal thing? If so, it is absolutely ridiculous. *The bedrooms are very very hot and there is only one wall mounted airconditioner in the main living area. The kitchen window badly needs a blind (anything in fact) to stop the afternoon sun consuming the whole kitchen and making the house hotter again. *The light switch in the ensuite bathroom needs replacing immediately. This is potentially dangerous.*There is no TV in the living room (not a huge issue). There is a small TV in the small front (hot) sitting room but the light in that room when turned on just pulses bright light. Needs attention.*The whole outside of the house needs cleaning, cobwebs and nasty little black spiders everywhere (inside as well) and it looks like the windows haven't been cleaned in years!! *The BBQ needs to be cleaned thoroughly. It is chained to the ground and therefore unable to be moved to a better lit position, perhaps a light could be installed above it so you can actually see to cook something at night time. One outside light also not working.*The wooden blind in the main bathroom is also broken.The fridge is however a good size, the oven and dishwasher work. Location is very good. View is nice but a lot needs doing to this house!

Nice short stay

Stayed 4 nights for a short winter break. Super clean and as described. All the kit you should need for a vacation. Lots of sleeping options and beds comfy. Tv lounge has a sofa bed which was also comfortable. Only possible negative would be heating/cooling all from the 1 split system. Also just 1 TV. Sometimes a small 2nd TV handy when your son hogs the 1 for his Xbox.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 2 year old son and loved it. Great location (a 3 min drive from town), good sized house with all the things you need, and a playground for our son. Check in was easy and the house was clean. Would recommend for families.

Quiet culdesac property, fully fenced, great for a young family.

We had a lovely time staying at this property in Dunsborough. Great location for a young family. We did morning and afternoon outings as bubs needed a midday nap. It worked really well. House has everything you need, nice big kitchen, dining and living areas, separate room with a TV. Cubby house/slide/swings, books & games and even a bath for the kiddies. Made it easy for dad and mum to relax. 😊 Thank you for having us Sophie. (Owner was great to deal with. Responded straight away to any query).

Great location for a family get away

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Stableford Cottage - 4 adults and 2 children. The accomodation is clean and well maintained and situated in a lovely area near the golf course. It is a short drive to Dunsborough, local attractions, beaches and many wineries. A great place to stay, thank you Sophie.

So convenient

Great location, close to town and beaches. Very comfortable, included everything you could possibly need and layout of the house worked well. Kids could play outside while we prepped dinner.
