All the mountain vibes in this cute, cozy, quiet Lake Tahoe home. Enjoy this convenient location just minutes from the ski resorts.

Large flat driveway with towering pine trees surrounding, lovely fire pit in back yard, alpine sierra views on all sides. Excellent internet speed (great for remote work). Adorable home makes every stay comfortable with all the mountain vibes.

Guests can unwind in the jet bathtub or in the comfy large sofa. Relax in the living room which features a large sofa and futon, perfect for extra guests or lounging after a day of adventure. Room darkening curtains for good sleep.

Quiet neighborhood street. Excellent snow plowing on main street. Walking distance to cafe, restaurants, salons, gym, park, casinos, forest trails. Kids dishes, kids books, pack play crib, and high chair in home.

Short drive to snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, sledding, Heavenly Village shopping, skiing/boarding, casinos and gaming, breweries, live music, Target, Safeyway, gift shops, beaches, and more epic views. Enjoy Lake Tahoe with this cute little place as your alpine retreat home base.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
ALL towels and used linens to go on floor in Laundry room. Fireplace and firepit must be OFF. Set thermostat to 62.
Late check-out departure will result in a fine unless otherwise approved by Host explicitly in writing, in advance. Please negotiate late check out requests before arrival.
Place trash in the garage, BLACK bin is all trash. BLUE bin is recycleables only. Never put trash outside the house, ever, due to wildlife concerns.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My kids and I loved the house and the location. It was a very large house with plenty of room and had all the conveniences of home plus more. It was close to heavenly village and the ski slopes. We also had very easy access to parking once we arrived at heavenly Village. The host was also very informative.We will definitely stay at the spot again.

I have managed this house for 6 years now, recently expanding to VRBO platform so that even more guests can enjoy the area.

I love that the back yard feels like you're really in the mountains. We love how the home is walking distance to cafe, bagel shop, and restaurants. Super convenient access to a myriad of activities, outdoor fun, casino gaming, shows, and more! You are near to ski resorts, golfing, live music, dining, and family friendly activities like snow tubing, sledding, Heavenly Village, hiking trails, and beaches.

Fire pit apres-ski vibes in the foresty back yard! This cozy home is in neighborhood with beautiful alpine views and quiet streets, towering Sierra Nevada pine trees everywhere, and lots of space in front driveway. The back yard is pretty large, its own nature adventure with native Tahoe alpine landscaping, BBQ grille, patio furniture, hammock in summer, fully fenced. The house has a wide open floorplan, 4 beds, awesome kitchen, remodeled laundry room/mud room, wine cooler, fireplace, dedicated workspace, huge Master Bedroom Closet, two car garage (optional), room darkening shades for good sleep, and excellent internet Wi-Fi speed.
