Nonrefundable Processing Fee: A 3.3% payment processing fee applies to all reservations and will not be refunded, even if the reservation otherwise qualifies for a refund.

🌿 The Sidney (ground floor): 2 bedrooms (king + queen), 1 bath, full eat-in kitchen, coral living room with sleeper sofa, front porch and side deck. Sleeps 6.

💛 The Hoan (upper flat, can be connected to Sidney): 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath with large new walk-in shower, golden living room with sofa bed, retro-pink kitchen, private blue door entry. Sleeps 4.

🛁 The Nohl (separate back unit): 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath with clawfoot tub, sleeper sofa in living room, dedicated workspace. Sleeps 4.

🛏️ Total: 7 beds across 3 units · 3 bathrooms · Sleeps up to 14

🚗 Parking: Private on-site parking included with full building booking.

🌳 Outdoor: Front porch and side deck at Sidney, large deck with beer railing at Nohl, plus backyard.

🔑 Check-in: Self check-in via smart locks on each unit. All codes sent before arrival.

Guests have full, private access to the entire historic home, including all three uniquely designed apartments — The Sidney (main floor), The Hoan (upper flat), and The Nohl (back cottage).

Each space has its own entrance and interior door access, offering both privacy and connection for groups or families staying together.

• Perfect for extended stays – with full kitchens, and storage


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.
