🏡The full Lake Effect Club building: three designer units — The Sidney, The Hoan, and The Nohl — in a 150-year-old building on Milwaukee’s Lower East Side. 🛏️Five bedrooms across three floors, 3 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, two outdoor areas, and private on-site parking. Sleeps 13. ✨Featured in Domino and BizTimes. 🥂Ideal for large groups, wedding parties, multi-family travel, or full building buyouts.
Nonrefundable Processing Fee: A 3.3% payment processing fee applies to all reservations and will not be refunded, even if the reservation otherwise qualifies for a refund.

🛁 The Nohl (separate back unit): 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath with clawfoot tub, sleeper sofa in living room, dedicated workspace. Sleeps 4.
🛏️ Total: 7 beds across 3 units · 3 bathrooms · Sleeps up to 14
🚗 Parking: Private on-site parking included with full building booking.
🌳 Outdoor: Front porch and side deck at Sidney, large deck with beer railing at Nohl, plus backyard.

Guests have full, private access to the entire historic home, including all three uniquely designed apartments — The Sidney (main floor), The Hoan (upper flat), and The Nohl (back cottage).
Each space has its own entrance and interior door access, offering both privacy and connection for groups or families staying together.
