Sulphur Springs is the neighborhood in Tampa along the Hillsborough River. It was popular in the late 1800s among settlers looking to enjoy the cool springs that gave the area its name. Lots of restaurants and chain stores along N Florida St. Cheney Park has picnic space, basketball courts, and walking paths. Spring Hill Park features a full baseball diamonds and a community center that puts on movies nights, workshops and special events. 10 minute drive to major hospitals and universities.
