Nice Week in OC
We had a nice week staying at Ocean Villas II. I received a phone call at about 12:30pm that our room was ready early but we couldn't get there until a bit later. I didn't realize how far the realtor office was from the property. With traffic it took us about 45 mins to get back to the condo from the office, which is why I gave 4 stars to the check-in process. A key pad on the door would make life much easier for the renters. Going back at the end of the week it only took about 25/30 mins. The managers were very nice and communication was great. Upon arrival, we found some minor cleaning issues...sand on the floor, toothpaste in the sink, dirty mattress pad, which I addressed with the property managers. Not a huge deal, we just did a quick clean up when we got in. You're told not to hang towels on the fence due to HOA policy and to use the clothesline to hang them on but the clothesline is missing/broken. Would have been helpful for drying stuff out. Location of condo was great! Outdoor pool is steps away but we didn't even get to use it because we stayed busy. Beach is walkable but we drove because we had too much stuff and young children. Walk to dunkin in minutes. Size of condo was good for a family of 5. Was a quiet location. Never had parking issues. If I go back to OC, I'd definitely consider staying again!
