Apt 2 is located on the top level


The building contains two separate apartments, so there may be other guests staying in the second unit during your visit. We kindly ask that everyone respects each other’s privacy.

Each unit offers exclusive access to its own private 7-person hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and outdoor furniture—everything you need to feel right at home.

There is ample parking available between Apartments 1 and 2, should you wish to bring a boat, jet ski, or other recreational vehicles. Please note that parking is at your own risk.


The building is located on the St Margarets Bay therefore, there is a chance you may hear street traffic.

The property is great with nice amenities, like a hot tub, and plenty of parking. It is a walking distance to the farmer's market, the Trellis Cafe, and the local grocery and NSLC. The kitchen is well equipped, and comfortable. We appreciated the A/C during the sweltering heatwave. The host is amazing at communicating.. Would definitely rent again
