This property is gorgeous and has a lovely view of the volcano from the hot tub. One night we had cocktails and watched an NFL game from the hot tub. So much fun. Diego, the host, left videos you can access from a QR code for information about how everything works, which was very convenient. He and his team were alsoIncredibly prompt and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We absolutely loved Villa Volcanika. The house is sleek and modern and seems to be brand new. It’s just a beautiful property.

Only communication with the hosts was via text. They were responding quickly. When the hot tub was barely warm they said they would run more but pool man said the temperature set too low, so missed 2 days of use. The house is beautiful but loud everything echoes loudly. The view was beautiful.

In addition to messaging through VRBO, we are also available via WhatsApp and phone at all times. However, VRBO messaging is the recommended communication channel, as it ensures all information is properly documented and responded to promptly. Regarding the hot tub, it was set to work continuously on the second day of your stay and set to 94°F. When the technician visited, the temperature was adjusted to 104°F to provide a warmer and more comfortable experience. Based on our records, the temperature was below this level only on the first day. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we ensured it was properly adjusted. We are also sorry to hear your comments regarding the acoustics. This is the first time we have received such feedback, but we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience.
