Arboleda's House- By the River, Forest & Gardens

Located in San Francisco, is just 4.5 miles from La Fortuna, San Carlos, Alajuela (only 10 minutes in car to La Fortuna). Arboleda's house has everything a patio and mountain views. It features river views behind the house(there is a path to go to the river) and free super fast WiFi of 200 mbps that is good to work o study throughout the property. This holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms all with A/C, Living room, Smart TV 60", and a fully eqquiped kitchen , dining room, private paking with gate, capacity for 3 vehicles, back yard with a little rach and grill. The owners are available to help at the 24-hour. Guests can relax in the garden at the property, also is a peaceful place. Is a realy good place to observe a variety of birds, other animals and trees just meters from house.
The Cambronero Solis family will be next to the guests in an apartment next to the house. We will welcome you with pleasure.

Nice Place

The home was clean and well stocked with basic necessities which was appreciated. The owner was easy to get in touch with. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. The only things I didnt like were the showers didnt get warm at all and there were a lot of tiny ants in the kitchen, making it hard to prepare food. Other than that, we had a very nice time. The backyard is beautiful with the river and lots of plants.

Wonderful home look no further!

So wonderful!! The porch is.incredible! Listenting to the river and watching parrots and all the animals. The home is sooo clean and comfortable! We were so happy there thank you! Location is perfect as well, just outside the town. We miss.it already!

Peaceful getaway!

We really enjoyed everything, the wildlife, beautiful plants, sound of the running stream, comfort of the beds. We recommend this location if you're looking for nature and peace and quite and beauty!

Great stay!

Air conditioned and plenty of space for our whole family, this house was perfect for adventures in La Fortuna and near Arenal Volcano. A little more road noise than we expected, but otherwise- perfect!

We enjoyed staying in Dionorah’s home. We had all we needed, we enjoyed being out of “town”, the back yard was heavenly. Abigail’s cafe, down the street, was yummy although it had spotty hours.

Love this place.

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful little home. The home is super clean and a perfect location for those wanting to get some rest but only be a few minutes from the happenings of La Fortuna. The host is wonderful.

This place was excellent place for our family of 4. There was a really comfortable outdoor space and a path that lead to the river. We enjoyed so much of our family time at the backyard playing board game and listening to the river/birds. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again in the future when we visit La Fortuna.

Perfect for family

10 mins from downtown Fortuna this place is the perfect spot for a family. The home is nice but the backyard and river access will leave you speechless. Safe, comfortable, and the host was available for all our questions. P This place was perfect for our family.

Our stay at Penas Blancas was all we imagined!

The entire process from reserving, to check in and check out was seamless. We were in town for 1 evening and the house met all our expectations. Very clean and accommodating for our group of 6 ( consisting of 3 adults and 3 kids). Short drive to town and restaurants and supermarket.

La Fortuna

The property is amazing, 15 minutes to downtown La Fortuna. It was a bit further out to do some of the activities. Owner is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the backyard is amazing to relax at the end of the day.

Lovely river Cottage

This home was beautiful. We stayed just one night but loved the out door sitting area and the sound of the river. The host was very kind and it was a flawless booking. When we come back we definitely will stay there again. Perfect Costarican home.

Great backyard!

We loved our stay at this location and especially loved the backyard! On our first few days we saw a sloth and toucans. Dinorah snd her family were very helpful and attentive. The house was as advertised. We loved our stay and are already planning a return trip!

Great stay

The house was wonderful, clean. The outside seating area was a joy for us Bird watchers and the sound of the rio burrito was great. The location was just far enough from La Fortuna to not be to busy. I will say that some of the trucks going buy in the am we’re noisy but over all a great Costa Rica stay.

Perfect jungle home

This was a beautiful house to start our vacation off at. The host was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Very roomy and very clean. We even saw a monkey in the tree and some frogs in the creek below the house. Started off every morning out back on the patio with the perfect view.

Convenient stay while zip lining!!

My wife and I along with our two college aged kids spent the night here after doing two separate events at Sky Adventures. We didn’t want to make the long drive back to Tamarindo at night so we decided to stay here. The place was perfect. It was clean, easy to find and well appointed. The pathway down to the river was a nice added bonus!!

La Fortuna is one of the most visited places in Costa Rica, The house at a comfortable price to book, it is very quiet for people with a light sleep, besides it is only 10 minutes by car from La Fortuna. Around the house there is a wide variety of trees, where you can see a variety of animals such as: sloth, toucans, iguanas, howler monkey.

What makes this property unique

The close river, there is a path to go there, also you can swim on it. The views around the house. Very quiet place.
