The Perfect Summer Home!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Kathy was very attentive and helpful- a great host. The property was clean, cute and perfectly sized for our family. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located to several restaurants, general stores and ice cream! Highly recommend for a family beach vacation!

Lovely spot for a getaway!

Lovely spot for a weekend getaway- the hosts were accessible and easy to deal with, the house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked, and the walking distance to the ocean and short driving distance to the beach area of the lake were awesome. Grown ups and kids all had a great time!

Loved the easy stroll to the beach and proximity to Dennis Village for shops and restaurants. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable for three adults and one young child, with room to spare. Owner was very helpful.

Wonderful!

This was our second year back in this beautiful home. It was clean, welcoming, the neighborhood is quiet and it’s just a short walk to a great little beach. The owner is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend and will be back again next year!

Second year and we will be back

Stayed at Kathy’s property for two weeks and this is our second year in a row. The place is renovated and very well maintained. We like the back patio a lot and the proximity to the lake and the beach. Maybe we should keep this as a secret for just ourselves! we will come back next year!

Beautiful Spot

My family and I enjoyed staying at Kathy's, it is truly a beautiful spot. Peaceful, quiet location within easy walking distance to the beach. House was clean, updated and spacious with a great deck and nice little reading spot in the upper yard. Kathy was responsive and the house had thoughtful details such as additional beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, extra shampoo/conditioner, etc. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it to others.

Always Amazing

This was our third summer staying at this beautiful home. The house is always clean and comfortable. The check in process is simple and Kathy is communicative, making the entire process a breeze! This year we walked down to the ocean and spent the mornings at the beach and then walked with our 11 year old girls to swim in Scargo lake after lunch. We finished the day off with evening sunsets every night. We will definitely be coming back here again.
