Rent an ENTIRE INN!! Sleeps up to 16 all-in-one Property! This is not a "working" inn - so no staff on-site, rent it just like a beach home to enjoy the privacy of 8 individual suites! Top Floor Rooms can be combined for 2 larger suite combos, great for families or groups traveling together within a larger group! Private Bathrooms & Kitchens. Entire property shares a Gorgeous outside deck w/ swings & tables.

Great place for planned retreat. MAXIMUM 2 guests per bedroom. MAX total of 16 Guests. 1 Adult is required per room as each room is outfitted with kitchens and has doors to exteriors.

8 FREE Parking passes will be provided for the length of your stay which will be good to use ANYWHERE on the Island, including streets and city public parking lots. These passes must be returned to the room prior to checkout.

Regardless of where you end up booking on Tybee, before booking please look up local events/parades, road work, possible future storms, weather and tides. Traffic can be backed up due to major events or an accident on the island, or changes in weather like rain lead to a lot of people leaving the beach all at once, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! If you decide to go into Savannah for the day, plan ahead for your return at night. It is fully recommended to do this research in advance and to monitor radar on your stay. Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. We often have fireworks for major holidays also which are well attended. During a Full Moon, especially on a Super Moon, a high tide or even a King Tide can happen which is when the tides are even higher than normal. While very rare, it is possible, water can also cross over the main road US Hwy 80 coming onto and leaving the Island so please plan ahead for that. The city and county may close roads temporarily as it isn't safe to drive through water so you may need to plan accordingly to arrive early or later to the Island.

We're thrilled to welcome your furry friends! There's a $100 pet fee per pet, and we ask that you to bring a lint roller to help keep the furniture fur free. You MUST seek approval before booking because approval is dependent on the age, breed, and weight of the dog and not all animals will be approved. We're a dog-friendly space; unfortunately, we can't accommodate cats at the moment. Thank you for your understanding. IMPORTANT: Failure to have your dog approved prior to acceptance of your booking can result in an immediate termination of your booking and eviction with NO refund upon arrival or discovery of a pet.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, removal from the property or event, and forfeiture of all payments made.
